FOOD VENDOR SUBMISSIONS
Peterborough Folk Festival is pleased to offer a fun and welcoming marketplace for food vendors to sell their tasty goods.
The festival is proud to offer festival-goers a variety of fabulous local food to enjoy while they enjoy the two-day event on August 16 & 17 at Nicholls Oval Park. PFF endeavours to offer local, diverse and delicious food options to delight festival-goers and ensure a rewarding experience for vendors.
Food vendors are invited to review requirements and submit an application for one of these 12 coveted spots. Please note that this is a registration request only. Our Food Vendor Coordinator will contact you in Spring 2025 to confirm whether we have space for your booth in PFF 2025.
Festival Requirements
Food vendors are required to have appropriate insurance in place, bring properly rated outdoor cords to reach the power that the festival provides, use the festival’s re-usable dishes and cutlery rather than disposable food containers, and ensure food is available throughout the full festival weekend.

Full PFF 2025 Weekend:
Saturday, August 16, 11:00 am - 10:00 pm AND
Sunday, August 17, 12:00 noon - 7:00 pm.
Booth Fee: $400.
Fees are payable by credit card only.
